The John Roberts court often goes outside the Constitution and at times it ignores the Constitution. The majority persistently makes rulings based on its members' right-wing political ideology. It is legislation and the Constitution gives the Supreme Court exactly zero legislative power and authority. Maybe constitutional scholars can suggest what can be done about it but all of us can plainly see that the Roberts court is one of the greatest problems at present faced by the American People. The Roberts court is a total disgrace.
