#DC District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly denied a bid to block DOGE from #Treasury Dept systems, claiming the high bar req'd to interfere in a govt agency's actions hasn't been met.

#DOGE is NOT a govt agency. It's just an "initiative" (ie, project) of the White House, established by Executive Order as the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization (#USDSTO) within #USDS ( U.S. Digital Services).
