Here's some #SuperBowl trivia that ppl might not know.

12 years ago, it was another #SeattleSeahawks - #USCTrojans linebacker who returned an INT for a TD -- Malcolm Smith. In SB LX, it was Uchenna Nwosu who did the same. 12 years apart, same team in college and pro, both scoring and winning the Super Bowl.

How 'bout that.

Had Bo Nix not been injured we might have had a replay of that year, too. But that's okay, this win shredded the memory of that loss on an INT by Wilson in the end zone.

What a great #SuperBowlLX win for the #SeattleSeahawks and what a happy time for #USCTrojans fans, with three players winning their first SB ring -- Uchenna Nwosu, Leonard Williams, and the career redemption story of the #NFL, Sam Darnold. That Seahawks defense was something else. They were dominant like the old Legion of Boom but did it with a completely different scheme.

But Sam Darnold, y'all. Zero turnovers, 5 TDs, and just 5 sacks in the playoffs. He was solid all the way. Congratulations.

#USCTrojans had the most talented WR group in the nation in 2025; Makai Lemon won the #Biletnikoff Award, beating out #OhioState's Jeremiyah Love. Dude is so strong, it took 2-3 players to tackle him, and when they couldn't, he'd score a TD.

USC 27 - 42 Oregon

The #USCTrojans made too many errors all around, with every position group doing poorly as well as the coaching. Over a dozen times the #OregonDucks ran some version of a WR screen and the defense could not figure out how to stop it. Unbelievable.

But the Ducks were sloppy too. Wide open dropped balls and 11 penalties for 130 yards.

This game came down to Trojans not making enough stops and the battered OL (only 2 starters left from the start of the season) was beat.

Former #USCTrojans QB Max Browne explains the parallels to the 2011 season leading up into the game at #Autzen against the #OregonDucks.

But I think this year's team is more physical, big, and athletic than the 2011 team, even as they're performing at roughly the same clip. Whereas the 2011 Ducks team was an offensive powerhouse and this year's team is nowhere as good and productive.

USC doesn't have to play a perfect game to win; they just need to outscore the Ducks.
