UNSCR 1325 und ihre Nachfolgeresolutionen schufen einen globalen Präzedenzfall für die Anerkennung der geschlechtsspezifischen Auswirkungen von Konflikten sowie der wesentlichen Rolle von Frauen bei deren Prävention und Beilegung sowie der Schaffung eines nachhaltigen Friedens.
