Today I’m just going to #be … I’m so busy #doing . It’s easy to get stuck on the #unrelenting conveyer belt of life …. Today, I say fuck that! I’m consciously alighting, albeit momentarily from this frantic freight train of life, instead I’m going to drink in the sounds & sights of my wonderful life, getting lost in the moment of simply #being . First call of order, a delicious breakfast, then outside into the incredible sunshine … definitely time for music & swimming today. In fact today seems like a perfect day to get lost in the energy of music. Even better music and swimming together ... but first time to go and transplant some sage and mint I propagated. Gardening, is another incredible way to chillax, unwind, de-stress.
