@mpfpr and the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (#UNMISS).

Mathieu GottelandChinese peacekeepers participate in #UNMISS, but #SouthSudan is politically and economically on the edge of the abyss. Burhan’s trip to Beijing and the signing of a defence agreement means she now actively supports the #SAF in the Sudanese civil war. And despite it being the main rationale behind her military base in #Djibouti, she has made no effort to combat a resurgence in Somali #piracy.
