First day of the #NOAW #unconference was cool - great presentations, nice discussions, lots of ideas, and kind and inspiring people. Some takeaways for me: reset to the non-enshitified web, take it from there. Also: Fediverse is a culture, not a technology. And: lots of work to do and fun to be had, rebuilding the web we always wanted, guided by public values instead of money. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Today is the last to day to register for #OpenChain and Friends in Stuttgart next week. We'll have a small #unconference session on the second half of the third day (which I will have the honor to moderate). There will be a lot of talks (and people to talk to!) on #FOSS, #CRA, #compliance, #cybersecurity, #sovereignity, #softwaredefinedvehicle, #innovation, #openhardware

Our logo grows with the #community. Every edition, a new color is added, and it stays, layered into all future logos. A small visual record of every time people showed up to share what they know.
Like the #unconference itself, the logo isn't fixed. It evolves through participation. Each year leaves a mark, one color, one year, at a time.
