Probando remplazos..

Después de varios años de uso continuo, y varias caídas de punta, la precisión ya no es la misma. No pienso pagar los miles por un #ApplePencil original, cuando los remplazos cuestan la décima parte.. y puedo vivir sin el sensor de presión.

So I’ve officially reached the point where the #selfhost project is approaching the ‘just throw some money at it’ stage: I’m looking at some kind of dedicated hardware to run the thing on. Ideally, what I’d like is an ‘appliance’ style box that can hold two (or more) HDDs, has a decent amount of processing power and at least 8GB RAM with the option to upgrade. The goal is to run the Mastodon instance as a virtualized session.

Does anyone have any experience with the #UGreen products? The one I’m considering is the UGREEN NASync DXP4800 Plus, primarily for the Pentium Gold 8505 processor, but does anyone out there have any other recommendations or suggestions?
