More views of this UFO crash.
The shape of the UFO was built from a collection of the weirdest-shaped pieces of junk from my "pile".
Deliberately stuck together to form the most non-symmetrical shape I could.
I then added wires and putty "hoses", and then brought it all together with epoxy putty.

To give the crater depth I needed to have a thicker base. This is mostly polystyrene foam. There's a thin plastic around the edge to make it solid for handling. And then it was all coated in tissue/PVA to tie it all together before I added all the mud/gravel and the model details.

Much of the graffiti tags are references to my regulars on DakkaDakka, except for a tribute to Terry Pratchett and some graffiti I saw in Poland that amused me.
Interesting article, and glad to see the media talking about this point. Not loving how they end with #AARO's rubber stamp response. Notice how Gough keeps saying that "AARO is not aware of X, Y, and Z." What she DOESN'T say, is that "no intelligence agency" is aware of these things. The details in these statements are important.
The reporters behind the eye-popping 2017 UFO ‘Times’ report had a new chapter to their story. The Gray Lady turned it down, while ‘The Washington Post’ was working to hammer down the facts. Then the authors took it elsewhere.
