One doubts that Apple and Amazon (and others) are returning to advertising on Elon Musk's #TwitteX because they have suddenly discovered that neo-Nazis have increased their disposable income (the Swasticollar?).

One suspects that Apple and Amazon see it as a naked bung (sorry, sound investment) in the fortunes of America's new and powerful co-President, Leon Musk.

Well, like all corrupt dictators, Don The Con would likely acquire huge tracts of land - prime real estate for the development of multiple hotels, casinos and private jet-ports servicing several premium golf resorts.

And, likely, the right to rename Greenland to Trump Greensland.

Putin, like Trump, could adopt the figleaf of seizure predicated on 'national security interests,' allowing Russian SSBNs safer passage into the Atlantic (compromising NATO's stranglehold on the GIUK gap).

And Putin could take a leaf out of Khrushchev's play-book and, Cuba-style, install IRBMs on the Faroe Islands, threatening all of Western Europe. After all, that worked so well for the USSR... #Sarcasticon

The use of military force by the USA under Donald Trump against a fellow #NATO member, Denmark, to annex Greenland would not only signal possibly the final nail in the coffin for the old rules-based international order but would probably encourage Putin to move against a weakened Denmark and the western alliance, allowing Russia to seize the Danes' other Atlantic possession - the Faroe Islands.

The Deranged Duo (co-Presidents Musk & Trump) have shut down so many US government websites Donald Trump is now referred to as #POTUS404.

Don The Con is now threatening to annex Greenland by military force, figuring that if Denmark caves in he wins but if the Danes invoke Article 5 setting the rest of #NATO agin the USA, it will break the alliance irrepairably - and his master Putin wins.
