This year I had such a well laid plan to build up my comics output, start regularly publishing online, and then parlay that into a professionally printed book... And then I was pitched an animated short by Damon Smith for his new documentary. It was clear from the outset that he's talented, driven, and is just plain fun to collaborate with, so now I'm taking this detour, indulging my love of medieval history, and Looney Toons cartoons. I'll be back drawing my comics in a few months, and in the meantime I couldn't be happier!
