I think I read somewhere that the boards between the US and PAL #turbografx16 were quite similar with so.e small differences. But these look quite different, unless they were talking about the shape... #pcengine #PCエンジン

Some side-by-side shots of the PAL TurboGrafx and the US #turbografx16. Not much difference. Physically only AV/RF port part is different. Then of course the colour, painted accents and sticker(s). #pcengine #PCエンジン

The casing looks a bit off, like not completely injection molded. I have never seen this before. Almost looks like it was injection molded and the slits were actually open and they smeared stuff on to close them because they didn't need the extra airflow... #pcengine #turbografx16 #PCエンジン

I thought I'd open her up to have a quick look inside at the PCB, but the shield is soldered on. So no quick look. AV port is not the same as on the Core Grafx'es. Never opened up my #turbografx16, so would now know if anything is different. #pcengine #PCエンジン

Made in Taiwan. Quality product (I hope). I really like the back cover, makes it look much better than the US #turbografx16, unless it also had a cover, I never had one on mine... I like the grey over the black, but young me would probably have gone for black. #pcengine #PCエンジン
