Could it be possible not to think of Zeal and Ardor? I don't think so. Come On Down, on their first album, really struck me the first time I heard it, and it's still a pleasure to hear the gospel suddenly melting into black metal blasts:

Another song (album, actually) that came immediately to mind is Board Up The House by Genghis Tron. The opening song — that is also the title of the album — opens as an electronic track, with this simple beat and these few notes almost in repeat, when it suddenly breaks into grindcore:
