Another stepping stone for #tunetueday

Kawaii Metal

The flagship group for Kawaii Metal is, of course, Babymetal.

But cute and tiny little girls doing choreography is not very impressive for a lot of metalhead.

This is sad because they miss a lot of great stuff they could enjoy.

So here is another - Non Babymetal - entry point to the genre

Let's do @Kitty's #TuneTueday and it's #SilverScreen themed.

Well I'm going to put forward the late great queen of rock and roll Tina Turner with her fantastic theme for the best Bond film of the 1990s:

For #TuneTueday let's go back in time with #TheOpener!

My first gig was in '02: I saw Pleymo, a French nu-metal band I was really into at the time. Can't remember who opened the concert nor the first song of their set, but I remember when United Nowhere started, because that's when they traditionally launched a Braveheart (or wall of death). That had a long lasting impression on my teenage self:

"Tous ensemble pour qu'le sol tremble !" Indeed the floor shook my friends

This #TuneTueday is an easy one! First ever live concert is went to. This was #TheOpener @Kitty @derthomas https://songwhip.com/acdc/thunderstruck-live-1991 And it's even a bloody recording from that tour! FUCKING HELL! 33 years ago and King's X was the opening act.

Let's make some noise! \m/

Wow this is something I've thought about often. There are a lot of single word titles to pick from, and still plenty as you start increasing the number of words.

The first that comes to mind for me is Drive

Incubus: https://songwhip.com/incubus/drive

Looking forward to what everyone else finds
