2/ One of my most prized possessions is my grandfather's screwdriver.

He was born in 1912, died in 1991. He raised me. I went home from the hospital as an infant into their home.

I can't remember a time in my life when that screwdriver wasn't a part of it. I'm in my early to mid-50s. #TuesdaysThoughts

Been saying this for a while. Many large corporations are in fact real estate companies in disguise, so it's hard to see them letting their concrete assets go in the short term. But with today's reports that civilization only has a few decades left. (allegedly), now would be the perfect time to turn Trump tower into affordable housing.
