Had a #blood draw today and I spent the whole time shivering and #crying.

Of course the only vein the #phlebotomist could jab was also the slowest flowing.

I often wonder if many anti-vax supporters would reconsider if vaccines were administered orally, nasally or anything that doesn't involve a needle.

Glad have missed the #manchester rain and finally having my first vaccine shot. They were so great and understanding for someone with #Trypanophobia #needlephobia.
Highly recommend telling them at the first desk, Lidocaine gel and any coping mechanism you have.
