The way that Hoekstra puts it, when Canadians respond to the repeated '51st state' and 'governor' arrogance, the #TrumpTariffs, the #GordieHoweInternationalBridge claims, and the CBP/ICE enforcements and enhanced border checks against Canadians, it is they who are somehow initiating the nastiness.
