A problem with a HartmannCoup: house reps committing treason to stage the coup would need a pardon from a sitting #POTUS.
Thus the house reps trying a HartmannCoup would need to be in the same party as the sitting POTUS.
This could happen in Jan 2029 if #Trump wins in 2024.
If Harris wins and Dems take the house in 2024 then a HartmannCoup seems unlikely.

Biden would stop a HartmannCoup if Harris won legally.
He could have the coup members arrested for treason.
However if #Trump wins legally in 2024 then he might try a HartmannCoup in Jan 2029 to keep himself out of prison.
