#BREAKING:
#Illinois becomes the latest state to challenge Trump's presence on the ballot.

Attorney Caryn Lederer, whose law firm is representing the bi-partisan group who filed the objection, said in a TV interview, "This case is not about politics. It's about the U.S. Constitution.... We value our Constitutional principles."

Illinois has 15 Electoral College votes, and generally tends to vote blue in Presidential elections. The last time a Republican President won the Electors in Illinois was in 1988 for George H.W. Bush.

If a Presidential candidate was 22 years old, we would NOT "let the voters decide."

If that 22 year old were taken off the ballot based on his age, it would NOT be "election interference."

If a 22 year old were a Presidential candidate, we would not need a jury to rule that he was 22 years old before removing him from the ballot.

Past use of the 14th Amendment has NOT required any trials or verdicts for other traitors who were kept off of ballots. Congressional Committees have already ruled that Trump incited the Insurrection. That should be more than enough.

Conservative Constitutional scholars have repeatedly asserted that the 14th Amendment kicks in automatically and does NOT require a guilty verdict. They have repeatedly stated that we should NOT "leave it up to the voters."

Whether Trump is a traitor or a 22 year old, he should be taken off the ballot all the same-- in ALL states.
