Tropicana Field roof ripped off by Hurricane Milton's winds
PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla — Hurricane Milton's winds ripped off the roof of Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The storm made landfall around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
We know that first responders were staging with cots inside the stadium. There were no reported injuries.

Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg roof damaged due to #Hurricane #Milton, home of the Tampa Bay Rays (MLB season over). Like New Orleans Superdome during Katrina. I've been to both domes for games many times (baseball/football).
They staged first responders inside for Milton. There's a tank of cownose stingrays normally inside Tropicana Field. Hopefully they are okay or were moved since it's off-season for the Rays.
