Seemingly-odd rotation of clouds with thunderstorms around SJ/SF/Oak #BayArea is indirectly related to former #TropicalStormHilary. We're in the center of the low that directed Hilary north and away to our east. The high in the Midwest also funneled Hilary north. #weather #CAwx
