Auch wenn im Garten so langsam das meiste eingegangen ist, gibt es doch immer noch neue Blüten zu bewundern.

Habe heute festgestellt, dass die Samen der #Kapuzinerkresse, wenn sie reif sind, bei einer leichten Berührung bereits abfallen obwohl sie noch grün sind. Regelmäßiges Nachsehen ist also angesagt, sonst fallen sie auf den Boden, wo sie kaum noch zu finden sind. Pro Blüte entstehen bis zu 3 Samen. Leider gab es nur wenige Blüten, weshalb jedes Samenkorn zählt.

Since the recipe you linked to had no quantities, I used
100ml apple cider vinegar
100ml water,
5g sea salt (could be a bit more) and
20g sugar.
My wife hesitated at first, but really liked the taste and crisp texture of the seeds.

Now I have to pick more seeds before the first frost wipes out the plants.
