So today we had a 1 day sprint on the #Trisquel's Ecne development.
Several helpers have been updated and we are getting closer to finish amd64 first testing packages.
Some packages are getting dropped from Ecne's repo, from the top of my head,
- Birdtray & Telegram.
On the other hand we'll get a newer Jami Desktop, and maybe just maybe there will be a discussion about adding a Chromium based browser.
If you wonder, Mate will keep using X11 for T12.

Finally there is a workaround that fixes, for now, the search engine recommendations overwritten by the last v128 release.
We have pending to understand the new engine used to set and modify their new search config recommendations tool, we'll get there eventually.
So, when you get an Abrowser update, coming in the next days, you might wanna apply it and recover your trusted search engines.

Interesante, ya se está anunciando la publicación de Firefox 128, que si no me equivoco, será la base de la nueva ESR y que al mismo tiempo servirá de base para Thunderbird.
Entonces es muy posible que este año tengamos #Icedove 128 🤯
Sin embargo depende de todos identificar las antifeatures que se llegan a colar entre versiones.

Hey people, we are back on track with the build of #Abrowser 127.0.x and later.
Builds just started, so it will take its time, hopefully by Sunday we'll have them reaching the archive.
En espera que rustc-1.76 llegue a Noble y Jammy para comenzar a construir Abrowser 127.0.1 en Aramo (y pruebas para Ecne).
A new kernel build has been sent to CI.
So we should get a new version fixing some dkms modules skipping the build from source only rule.
Adding the builds without internet access helped finding this issue out, now patched and the kernel update is on its way.
This way #trisquel only provide packages / modules available from source.
