The kids attending MSSD on Gallaudet’s campus have one of the most amazing views in the city from their perch on top of Telegraph Hill. I didn’t get the Capitol and LOC in a photo, but they can see it all from up there! (Great perspective of #TrinidadDC as well.)
I'm just trying to imagine what it would be like if DC DPW would, just once, switch around the order of what neighborhoods get leaf pick up first and which ones get leaf pick up last in each ward.
I know that the idea of the poor schmucks in #TrinidadDC getting service before our betters in Michigan Park is sheer blasphemy, but maybe, just maybe, those people with all their political clout can sit back and let someone else go first for once. Just maybe?
A big jet (Boeing-y, not fighter-type) just flew quite low over #TrinidadDC from south to north. That’s a pattern and altitude I’ve never seen before.

Every single house that gets flipped in #TrinidadDC adds an entire yard worth of impervious pavement. I would wager that we have added acres and acres of runoff to the neighborhood in the last 10 years all in the name of 'progress' and 'gentrification.'
