Duke Health MyChart has said for a while that they didn’t yet have the current covid vaccines and to go to a pharmacy. But yesterday I went to my GP for other reasons and was offered both flu and covid vaccines. The latter had to be ordered by a doctor instead of the nurse (who rolled her eyes about the change).
Anyway, if you get healthcare through Duke Health, there’s another option.

Spouse took a relative to urgent care today with a bad cough and aches & pains. Tests were negative for influenza A or B and also negative for covid. Yay masks and an air purifier in the car.
The doctor says there’s a lot of whatever this virus is going round in the Triangle.
