Brecon Mountain Rescue Team is an emergency service staffed entirely by volunteers and funded entirely by public donations. Based in the Brecon Beacons National Park and operate throughout mid Wales. We search, rescue and assist those on the mountains, or in the communities we serve, who need help.

Tregaron is a rural Welsh-speaking community in the Cambrian Mountains. Positioned in the county of Ceredigion, it has a long established association with the great outdoors and walking forming part of that heritage.

Clwb Cerdded Tregaron Walking Club run a variety of walking activities including a monthly walk, walking festivals, walking events.
