While everyone likes to flock to La Sulameria for their Italian deli sandwiches #midtown, don't sleep on the hot house-made #sandwiches at The Butcher's Son, which is just steps near by.
I decided to drop in & try one of them for my #weekend #treatyoself takeout.
I went with their jerk sandwich & it hit the spot. They use dark meat with ample jerk aioili, on a soft potato bun. A mature couple were also trying out their sandwiches for the 1st time & I asked them which one they got. They had the steak sandwich & loved it.
So if you don't want to line up, get a fresh hot sandwich here instead.
