A series of unfortunate events: the suspicions regarding the tram accidents in Milan do not hold up.

For Paolo Beria, a professor of Transport Economics at the Polytechnic of Milan, it’s statistical bad luck: “The transport network of Atm is already very slow, it can’t be said to be under stress. And it doesn’t even have to do with maintenance, in no case it was a problem of infrastructure.”
