Improvement: loading a Paketti default instrument or drumkit to 3.1 will now no longer bug out with Stepper devices causing nothing to play - they now actually allow the Signal to pass through. Yay!

**What changed:**

Two MIDI mappings that toggle **Record + Follow** were renamed to make it obvious they also **start and stop playback**.

**Before:** The mappings were called "Record and Follow" — which made it sound like they only toggled edit mode and follow player. But they actually also hit Play/Stop, which was a surprise if you weren't expecting it.
