Monday-running-club-day 😃. And today there was another 3k benchmark run to see if training has improved my running. And it did. A very satisfying 40 seconds faster than 2 months ago. I started at 4:30 /km and could maintain that throughout the 3k. Circumstances were ideal; cold and dry, nearly no wind.
