Surprising literally no one, the second worst speeder in all of NYC is NYPD. "Giovansanti received 116 tickets for moving violations in 2022, 127 tickets in 2023, 124 tickets in 2024, and 180 tickets in 2025." (Mind you, this is in his personal vehicle, not the squad car)

But don't worry guys, the state's proposed "Super Speeders Bill" was watered down and not passed in last year's session because.........
