Damn. I still have to update my #TKCompanionApp, but I have to buy a new computer, first: I can't even "gradle clean build" from my office PC due to ZScaler certificate issue, so I can't even run my own app! 🤦🏻‍♂️
And I still want to try working on reproducible builds.
Anyone willing to help? Not necessarily from #ToyotaKata community only.
While version 6.4.2 is on its way, I'm already preparing v. 6.5.0 of my #TKCompanionApp available on @fdroidorg and useful for all #ToyotaKata folks out there (see you at katacon.eu ?!).
This one refurbishes PDSA journal page, with additional days navigation, and adds the possibility to copy data from past journals.
I'm planning to showcase it at #KataCon, hoping more people will use it.
If you use it, let me know your feedback and needs: I'm here to improve!

And also version 6.2.0 of my #TKCompanionApp is live on @fdroidorg .
The tiny helper for your #ToyotaKata continuous improvement practice based on scientific thinking is slowly growing.
Next step, I'm planning to add a daily reminder/alarm clock to help you remember to to your daily PDSA journal. What do you think?
I'm working on my #TKCompanionApp available on @fdroidorg.
Main feature is the possibility to fill a (possibly daily) PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) journal based on #ToyotaKata ideas by Mike Rother, so that users can apply scientific thinking to continuous improvement process
I want to "gamify" it, so that people will be more keen to use it more and more.
For this, I'd love to give prizes/badges based on how frequently people save their diary.

I've just passed 1000 commits in my #TKCompanionApp and release 6.1.1 is being baked by @fdroidorg
I've received a couple of very nice feedbacks and I'm struggling at adding a few more features.
I'm also searching for help on iOS side, since I don't have one and can't release it.

See you at next #ToyotaKata #KataCon #Europe conference in May?

»It is generally not possible simply to maintain a level of process performance. A process will tend to erode no matter what, even if a standard is defined, explained to everyone, and posted. […] Any organized process naturally tends to decline to a chaotic state if we leave it alone. […] A process is either slipping back or being improved.«
