One way to do this is to link them to the list of #journalists who have already made the #web3 jump so they can directly engage with said followers / followed, imo. iF there was an #opml like export function of #followers #RFE on #mastodon like #RSS2 file format defined protocol where the followers and followed could be easily import/exported IN THE WEB CLIENT, this will accelerate adoption greatly imo.

I have a weekly outreach campaign on #Twitter to encourage the adoption of #web3 #decentralized #fediverse tech and ask them, jokingly, 'When will the #intern get you on #mastodon? Go #intern! #📰 #RTDNA #news #web3outreach #media ' 🤓👨‍🏫👩‍🏫👨‍🏫👩‍🏫🤓

I read a story the other day about ANOTHER #GovernmentServicesOrg #ToxicSocialMediaOnePointOh account suspended.... for no reason given...

The Reason being the #accountsuspended... was... wot(?):

¹ Bad management?
² Technical glitch?
³ Did they get #hacked?
⁴ Hacked?!?! Again!?!🤦‍♂️

Previously a month or two ago another #technews outlet suggested that this is a #wakeupcall for said #GovernmentServicesOrg's to #SetupTheirOwnInfrastructure or #outsource this to a #MSP so you #ControlYourOwnPlatform communications wise. Solutions to do this #infrastructurebuyback for controlling your own company's #CommsPlatforms are taking off marketing wise.

You can see the stories of what happens when a few #BadActors of private and publicly traded company platforms become unreliable to the point of endangering #PublicServicesCommunications wise for your department and company brand wise.

The funny part was the highlight of the article that said this was a less than 10% of their communications platform traffic when looked at their web site traffic where they do own vs. their bad #ToxicSocialMediaOnePointOh #web1 #web2 presence.

There are solutions that the #pettycash budget most #smolbusinesses budget that could outsource this #web3 presence and redirect to that would fix this in less than a month with the correct #MultipostingClient imo.

WOT did everyone think though when a publicly listed company goes to being a private company though but with the same publicly traded compliance issues, which content moderating was a huge part (~1k ppl for that) of, running a #ToxicSocialMediaOnePointOh type company with the #AlgorithmTimeline driving the views?

Gotta say the short term ego stroking plays being run vs. the Advertising Customers which make up 90% of the income at Twitter seems like this is just a plan to kill Twitters revenue .... By design! ☠️💀⚰️🐦☠️💀🤔
