The tiny blooms were strikingly fragrant. I'm going to try to remember to go back and see if I can forage grapes later this summer. (Tho I suppose given their location they will be coated in a light dusting of diesel exhaust, quite the terroir)

First of all, not sure why more warehouse/distro space is a good thing to begin with; but there are other reasons to be skeptical, in that the land the refinery was on is EXTREMELY toxic:
