There are, sadly, many who relish cruelty, division and hatred, and happily wish poverty onto others. They don't give a fig about the incompetence either because they don't care so long as they're not personally affected, they swallow the lie that it's someone else's fault, or they can't recognise incompetence even when it pulls their trousers down and pokes their bottom with a stick.
