Ella’s favourite was the Shoyu Salmon, & mine was the Ala Moana Ahi, which made for a more peaceful dinner together as she didn’t try to finish my ahi for me. Actually her table manners were quite exceptional, making me a proud mom.

In #planning4summer, I’ve been slowly cleaning, designing and planting my decks so that the #TortieTerror and I can enjoy plenty of #DeckPicnics.
This was our supper tonight of stuffed cod from Amron’s, braised red cabbage and mushrooms, and fresh local peas from Richmond Country Farms. Love #EatingLocal in #RichmondBC. Utterly spoiled with the choices, as is the tortie terror who ended up eating half that piece of stuffed cod. She would have eaten more, had I left the #picnic table.
This funny little #TortieTerror brings me a world of #LaughterAndLove! She’s particularly attentive when she knows I’m not feeling well. So fortunate that she decided to my #FurBaby!
The #Christmas #puzzle from Aunt Wonderful completed! With the #furrylove it was in honour of watching on, and my #Godzilla #PuzzleNemesis (aka the #TortieTerror) with her back turned, as if she fails to acknowledge its completion, it didn’t happen!

It’s been a unnecessarily painful day of #AirTravel, due to a lack of communication on the part of the #airline that could’ve been avoid had the #friendlyskies been upfront from the start of the day.
On the upside, #chilis #yyc made things a little better for me, & tried with the #TortieTerror, but she’s happier turning my coat into her cave.
Also a #shoutout of #thanks to Mark at #WestJet who did what he could within his control to make a bad situation better.
Seems the #TortieTerror & I are living are own version of #HomeForTheHolidays #WinterStorm delays. 1 1/2 hrs sitting on the tarmac in #Vancouver, missed connections in #Calgary, notification that our flight has been rebooked for 2-days from now, & 5+ hrs & counting waiting in line to speak to @westjet Guest Assistance.
Ella has been a trouper as we’ve been waiting to get through the line before finding her a litter solution.

Well, the upside to having giant #needles 💉 reminiscent of movie torture scenes inserted in the back of your skull, is that it forces you to take that nap you desperately needed. Also reminds you how much the #TortieTerror loves you, when you awake to find her nuzzled against your face, keeping a close eye.
