After using #TopazAI for a week I can safely say it is indispensable. Def upgrading to the full Studio suite annual plan at ~$37/mth.
Spent today uprezzing 1080p footage that I had zoomed into here and there to 8k and wow. Up really close it looks waxy, but as the scenes roll you don't notice the brutal quality changes btwn 6k Blackmagic footage & 3-4yr-old smartphone. Running #FCPX denoise on the BM stuff too, and it's all looking better than I thought it could!
I mean, this is worth it
sidenote... final cut's built in denoise is pretty goddamn good, side-by-side with #topazAI
AND... and... the M4 MBP can crank out that shit pretty quickly so going back to stuff that I edited around 18 months ago, I can apply processing now that was prohibitive then
