AI or LLMs are tools. They can only produce what you tell them to generate. If the output is incorrect, it’s your job as a human to correct it. Malaysian states Sabah and Sarawak increasingly demand equal treatment and autonomy as set out in the 1963 Malaysia Agremeent which created Malaysia as a federation of the two eastern territories, and the peninsular Malaya and Singapore in the west, before the tiny island left to become its own country two years later.

Apparently successive governments of Malaysia since then have yet to fully implement the articles of federation and the two states are demanding their rights.

TIL Malaysia now has KLP 48, the latest sister group of the Japanese idol group AKB 48. Their launch single is a localized version of Heavy Rotation, which is one of the franchise’s biggest songs, having been sung in various languages.

The funny thing about this version, it’s almost word for word the same as the Indonesian version of the song, as if they didn’t bother to properly localize it to Malay.

Anyway, I wonder why they went with Kelapa 48 as the name 🤔
