#TomHagen is dead. Alas. Of all Hollywood's portrayals of crooked lawyers he was my favorite. When Tessio understands what is going on he asks Tom, "Tell Mike it was only business. I always liked him." "He understands that." ... "Can you get me off the hook, for old times sake?" "Can't do it Sally." Simple enough lines on the page, but Duvall made it a master class.
