With plenty of afternoon left we walked ~25mins to see the #KoiNoBori at #TokyoTower - there wasn't much and the traditional children's games were all closing. Cue tears.

Plan B, go up the tower! Top deck was sold out until about 8pm, so we did just the main deck. Youngest surprised us by wanting to go up the stairs and led the way - all 600 steps! Obviously recharged after being carried to the tower..
