My current #BookAtBedtime is #ToKillAMockingbird by #HarperLee. It’s a #Book that I first read at secondary school for English Literature class and I’m really enjoying reading it again. I like the clear writing and linear structure of the narrative.

Re-reading To Kill a Mockingbird and finishing it in one sitting—again.

It remains one of the most challenged books in the U.S., largely due to its portrayal of race and injustice.

That discomfort is precisely the point.

Literature that endures tends to ask questions people would rather avoid.
