I know some are going to gloat and say "See? I told you!" For my part, I'm going to believe that this will make a difference when it does make a difference.

One tactic of tinpot dictators is to reinstate the institutions that they destroyed. However, those new institutions are empty shells. They do the bidding of the tinpot dictator.

Yaccarino: "It would be good optics to bring back the client council."
