#Lifespan is an amazingly underrated movie (IMDB: 5.7). #HiramKeller plays a young scientist trying to continue the research of a deceased older colleague. Though this is only the surface plot. The theme is him losing himself in the life of that other person. Or rather what he can reconstruct of it, maybe even what he wishes it should have been. #KlausKinski as a Mephisto character residing in a "castle" on the hill (in plot terms, a factory) - what's not to love?
