It’s time for a change. The older I get, the more issues I have with drinking alcohol. Hangovers are getting more severe. It’s starting to feel like I waste time when going out. I feel like this kind of behavior is getting out of control. It’s time to go without alcohol for a while and focus on other healthy things.
