From 22 April 2025, changes to Thurrock bus services by First #Essex and #Ensignbus will improve connectivity and maintain key #transport links. First Essex’s Service 200 will no longer serve #Orsett but will run hourly (Monday to Saturday) from #Basildon to #Grays via Chadwell St Mary, #Tilbury, and Little #Thurrock, replacing Ensignbus route 66. To ensure continued access for Orsett, Ensignbus Service 88 will extend from Stifford Clays, while First Essex’s Service 201 will also be extended to Orsett, with four journeys each way on weekdays. Ensignbus routes 22, 44, 73, 83, and X80 will also see timetable changes to improve reliability. Passengers are advised to check updated timetables and plan journeys accordingly.

From 20 April to 30 September 2025, First Bus will introduce changes across the South #Essex network to improve punctuality. A new 3A service (Leigh-on-Sea–Southend) will run hourly via Blenheim Chase, and the new 26 replaces the 21A, serving East Beach via Ness Road and restoring links along London Road. Travel on the full 3A and part of the 26 (Bournes Green to Shoeburyness) will be free until registration is approved. Timetables for services 3, 9, 20, 21, 25–28, 63, 100, and 300 are being revised, with many morning journeys departing earlier. First Bus’s 200 service is rerouted via #Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary, replacing Ensign’s 66, while the 201 will provide limited weekday connections to Orsett, subject to approval. Z3/Z4 services remain unchanged but are for #Amazon staff only. Passengers are advised to check updated timetables before travelling.

New Highway 401 border wait time signs near Windsor, Ont., to update every 5 minutes
The signs were erected recently near Tilbury and Puce. They are meant to provide border wait times for commercial and passenger vehicles at the Ambassador Bridge, Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and, eventually, the Gordie Howe International Bridge.
