I’m beginning to wonder if the exact blend of #TijuanaFlats hot sauces vary a bit by region. I’ve gotten to where I put a filled paper condiment cup of this sauce in my burrito bowls. It’s a perfect amount of heat for my preference. But I’ve generally only been at Altamonte and Apopka locations.

I was at a Leesburg store today and used the same size cup of sauce and I was nearly dying. Felt considerably hotter. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

There are two possible theories I can think of:

(1) Celebrities who come on #HotOnes are absolute wimps (I DO NOT believe this theory is true).

(2) Since #TijuanaFlats #DeathWish sauces seem to be just about the hottest I've found at *any* quick service chain restaurant, AND I'd wager those sauces probably would only make it to 6th or 7th on the Hot Ones lineup (if that), my best theory is that these restaurants simply have no guts to really offer customers a true burn.
