The tic toc naysayers aren't making their case. Data mining is all over the internet, not just that app. For instance, I have never shopped for nor bought shoes online before today, yet I was checking out some orthopedic shoes on Amazon & I got the suggestion to buy my size...because I had previously bought that size.

How did Amazon know that? The same way Amazon knows probably every preference in my life. So we have had our economies intertwined with China's for decades. Can someone give a more realistic reason the app should be banned...other than who owns it? Because a-holes pretty much own everything we use aleady. #tictocban
