At the Supercomputing Innovation Application Conference in #Guangzhou, researchers announced a new “#Tianhe” machine called “Tianhe Xingyi”.
Reports indicate its a domestic architecture and, doubles the performance of #Tianhe2. There is no mention of accelerators, only #CPU. Likely #MT3000 based on China’s native manycore #Armv8-based #Phytium2000+ (FTP) and #Matrix2000+ (MTP) processor/node architecture
