#RichardChamberlain, the hero of the 1960s television series #DrKildare who found a second career as an award-winning “king of the miniseries,” has died. He was 90.

Chamberlain died on Saturday night in #Waimānalo, #Hawaii of complications after a stroke, according to his publicist, #HarlanBoll.

TFW people talk about seeing #TommyLeeJones in 2012's Lincoln when they were 11, making a fan of them for life.

And you probably first took to him as the Catholic priest in 1987's Broken Vows instead. 😬 👵

Also making for Catholic priest kinks no doubt, but the 80s were big on that with #ThornBirds as well.

Saw the movie on TV some years later, not sure when. I read TB & only saw it later on in my 20s.
