Recently discovered Loop ear plugs, & bought a pair of the "Enhance" ones, which filter only some frquencies.

Wow. I can *actually* hear myself think. (No wonder I found public transit stressful.)

They are invisible, 3 sizes in the box, and I don't feel them. I love that they filter street noise, but I can still hear birdsong ❤

Might get a pair of the soft all-silicone ones, for sleeping (also block more sound). Mine are too hard.

Nachdem ein Kollege diese Idee geäußert hatte, hab ich grad mal den USB-C-Port von meinem Handy saubergemacht. Das ist ja revolutionär! Hab da mit einer Nadel und Druckluft einiges an Flusen etc. rausgeholt, und jetzt rastet der Stecker tatsächlich wieder ein!
